LEATHER CHOKER NECKLACE WITH FOUR PAVE RHINESTONE-CAPPED SILK TASSEL PENDANTS. Made of a 5/8 inch (17 mm) wide strip of supple matte black stone oiled leather. Color coordinated silk tassels measure approx. 4 1/2 inches in length (112 mm), capped with pave rhinestones. Silver buckle and 4 handle loops with 1/4" ring are made of nickel-plated steel. Gold buckle and 4 handle loops with 1/4" ring are made of gold-plated steel. Strap buckle closure is a perfect option to fit most neck sizes, from 13 1/2 (340mm) to 16 1/2 inches (420mm).
