Chinese Five Spice Blend

Our blend is an aromatic spice mixture highly used and appreciated throughout China and Vietnam. Its traditional blend of ingredients represents the 5 primary tastes: bitter, sweet, sour, salt, and pungent. It is a very aromatic mix of herbs that adds a distinctive flavor to Chinese duck and pork dishes, poultry, fish, vegetables, soups, and stir fries, as well as rubs and meat marinades.
