From China comes this delicious new white tea, China Snail (Silver Pearls). The leaves are shaped like a snail and are carefully rolled by hand. Enjoy watching the leaves unfurl as they steep to a light green cup with a fresh, vegetal aroma. The brew has a rich taste that is slightly sweet and fruity. Brew tea at 180º - steep for 2-3 minutes.
