CHILLER SYSTEM FOR BMW B58

Project Gamma Chiller System – BMW B58 (Gen 1 & Gen 2) Unleash the full performance of your BMW B58-powered vehicle with the Project Gamma Chiller System, designed to dramatically lower Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) without compromising cabin A/C comfort. Whether your B58 is stock, tuned, or track-prepped, this system integrates seamlessly to deliver consistent power gains in all conditions. Revolutionary Cooling Technology Our patent-pending system connects directly to your BMW’s factory air conditioning service ports, routing chilled refrigerant through the intercooler or coolant system. The result: significantly reduced IATs, denser air charge, safer and more aggressive ignition timing, reduced risk of detonation, and real, repeatable horsepower improvements. Key Benefits: Consistent Performance Gains – Lower IATs allow more timing and boost for maximum output. No Additional Cooling Hardware Needed – Functions without extra radiators, pumps, or heat exchangers. True Plug-and-Play Design – Pre-crimped AC lines, quick-connect fittings, and precision brackets ensure fast, clean installation. Cabin A/C Fully Retained – Enjoy complete interior comfort while maximizing engine performance. Perfect for Turbocharged B58 Builds – Ideal for stock, tuned, or high-boost setups. Compatibility: All BMW models equipped with the B58 engine (Gen 1 & Gen 2, all years) Variation Selection Required This system is available in Gen 1 and Gen 2 versions. Please select the correct generation for your vehicle when ordering to ensure proper fitment and performance. Easy Installation No cutting. No drilling. No permanent modifications. Every kit includes precision-fit components to preserve your factory system while allowing a straightforward, professional installation. Why This Matters The B58 engine produces significant heat, especially under boost. Lowering IATs not only improves power output but also ensures consistency—pull after pull, lap after lap. Take control of your intake temps and unlock the full potential of your BMW B58 with the Project Gamma Chiller System.
