Urfa Biber — Turkish Isot Chili Pepper (Crushed)

Smoky, earthy Turkish pepper with a rich, complex flavor. Urfa Biber (Isot Biber) is a sun-cured pepper that brings smoky depth and subtle heat to Middle Eastern dishes.
