Children's Album (Two Flutes)

Amy Beach (1867–1944) was a pioneering American composer and pianist, best known for being the first American woman to compose and publish a symphony. A child prodigy, Beach demonstrated extraordinary musical talent from an early age, leading to a celebrated career as both a performer and composer. This flute duet arrangement of Children’s Album, Op. 36, is a charming collection of short pieces. Originally written with young pianists in mind, each piece reflects Beach’s gift for melody, lyricism, and expressive harmonies. Suitable for intermediate players, this collection offers depth and character that will appeal to students, teachers, and flutists at any level.
