Chicharrón De Chile

A bold, crave-worthy crunch that upgrades every dish it touches.  Matriarca's Chicharrón de Chile is made from fresh jalapeños, sliced and slow-fried in low-temperature olive oil until irresistibly crispy. Packed in that same rich, infused oil—never seed oils—these jalapeños deliver heat, crunch, and deep flavor in every bite. Spoon them over eggs, sprinkle onto pasta or pizza, or pile onto grilled chicken, fish, or ceviche tostadas for a spicy, crunchy finish. They add a welcome texture to salads, and any leftover oil in the jar doubles as a zesty base for salad dressings or marinades. Whether you’re adding a little heat or a lot of texture, Chicharrón de Chile brings it all—spice, crunch, and flavor without compromise. Net Wt. 6 oz Shelf life: 6-12 mo
