Making its way from our milking parlor to your plate in less than one week, each bite offers a delicate balance of tang and sweetness. It pairs beautifully with ripe berries, succulent stone fruits, earthy beets, and roasted Brussels sprouts. Savor it with chilled Rosé, vibrant red wines, or a crisp Chardonnay.
