Chestnut Farm - House Plan

The Chestnut is a great, affordable 3 bedroom ranch floor plan to build, featuring dual curved wrap around porches mirrored across a vaulted great room.  The front wrap around porch is inviting with an architecturally curved corner and classic revival style.  Inside the foyer, the vaulted living room opens up to the kitchen with optional exposed framing throughout.  The kitchen features tons of windows for natural light, a sit-in island with range and full size pantry cabinets next to the refrigerator.  A modest room to the front of the plan makes a great office or workout room.  Off of the garage, a mud room with built-in cubbies offers direct access to the laundry room. The garage included a storage room, convenient mechanical room and optional side entry.  The three bedrooms occupy the right rear of the house. The secondary bedrooms share a sizable bathroom. The primary bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet.
