Chesterfield - House Plan

Even though this farm house is a small, affordable and easy to build home, it has a ton of character and features that make it a great value build.  The stunning classic exterior is characterized by a huge wrap around porch. This porch features 270 degree views and has bump outs on either side to accommodate entertaining spaces. We recommend a nice wood stove on one side to keep warm on chilly nights! Stepping into the foyer off the front porch, the living area to your right has a dedicated entertainment center nook and features lofted ceilings that get tons of natural light. To the rear is the luxurious modern kitchen with sit-in island. Flanking the kitchen is some dedicated pantry space and a hallway that hides a study, private half bathroom, laundry & mechanical closets.  Heading upstairs, two modest bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. This bathroom is laid out to maximize privacy with a pocket door between the washroom and toilet/shower room. Note: Detached garage not included in plans.
