Chesapeake - House Plan

This classic but modernized farm house plan is the perfect indoor/outdoor living house design. A huge wrap around porch ties the 2 car garage to the main house with space on three sides to enjoy entertaining guests with views of your property. Stepping inside the mud room with a dedicated entry off the side porch, you'll be greeted by built-in cubbies flaking a large window to the back yard. The mud room provides direct access to the garage and living area. In the main open living area, the modern island kitchen has a back door directly into a huge pantry space. Adjacent is a hallway with a private half bathroom and office/flex space. To the front of this floor is the living room and front door. The living room comes with a entertainment center nook and is fully lofted to get tons of natural light.  Stepping upstairs, the landing splits between the secondary bedrooms and primary bed suite. The two secondary bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom that maintains privacy with a pocket door between the washroom and toilet and shower room. Between these bedrooms is a conveniently located laundry closet.  Above the garage and mud room is the luxurious primary bed suite. This room has it all! His & her walk-in closets greet you as you walk down the well-lit hallway. The sizable bed suite enjoys large windows, 10ft ceilings and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
