Cherry Tree Ketubah

Since 1976, artist Miriam Karp has been creating vibrant, unique ketubahs. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from Indiana University in Bloomington and has been awarded two National Endowment for the Arts awards for her paintings. Author Anita Diamant featured Karp in her book, The New Jewish Wedding. You can find her artwork in private and public collections in the U.S. and abroad. The Cherry Tree Ketubah captures the beautiful cascading branches of the cherry blossom tree, illustrated in an Impressionistic style with expressive brushstrokes and depth of color. The tree leans to shelter the ketubah text, symbolizing life, growth, and the serene haven that is the home that the couple will build together.
