All the Buddhas have but one nature, and their compassion is embodied in Chenrezi. As the embodiment of the compassion of all the Buddhas, Chenrezi is at the same time the source of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, since compassion is the very root of enlightenment. Chenrezi is compassion itself in the form of a deity.” — Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Heart Treasure of the Enlightened Ones, p. 57 Details Height: 8.75 in (22.2 cm) Width: 7.75 in (19.7 cm) Length/Depth: 3.75 in (9.5 cm) Base metal: Copper Finish: Full 24k gold gilding with antique finish Origin: Nepal Artist: Saroj Shakya
