Chemex 10-Cup Coffeemaker

When it comes to coffee, the Chemex® pour-over coffeemaker delivers the purest flavor experience. The Chemex coffeemaker was created in 1939 by famed inventor Peter J. Schlumbohm. Applying his knowledge of filtration and extraction, Mr. Schlumbohm was able to craft a vessel that would pour the perfect cup of coffee. The angles of the drip, thickness of the filter paper, and the air vent chamber allow coffee to brew in a specified time and release gases that are usually trapped in by other brewing methods. This results in a smooth, bitter-free cup in less than four minutes. made of non-porous Borosilicate glass which will not absorb odors or chemical residues Chemex pour-over allows coffee to be covered and refrigerated for reheating without losing flavor. simple and easy to use with timeless, elegant design The Classic Series, used together with the scientifically designed, patented Chemex Filters, will guarantee that the pour-over brewing process will deliver the perfect cup of coffee without any sediments or bitter elements.
