Caciocavera  Traditional Ingredients: Grade “A” pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, cheese cultures. Mike's Original The cheese for everyone; mild, savory and super cheesy. Named in honor of Mike Lovera who opened Lovera’s Market back in 1946. Made with rich Jersey cow’s milk. This small batch cheese is pressed in a basket mold and salted to perfection.  The rind is washed with annatto seed extract to create a striking look to this cheese. Imagine mild cheddar meets Muenster….yum!The milk for all of our hand-crafted cheeses is from family-owned single source dairies and is hormone and pesticide free.
