Then that barrel is emptied and sent to our facility. Green coffee beans go in the barrel for 30 days. They're removed and roasted when you order. Yes, it's a lot of time and work. It's worth it. Anything that finally answers the question of "Should I have whiskey or coffee?" with "Both" certainly is.    Medium roast Roasted to order: Your coffee beans never sit on a shelf. The beans get roasted after you order and shipped right away. Single-origin: One farm in Guatemala supplies these coffee beans. This ensures only the best coffee beans make it to your cup.
