Chassan Shmooze

Advice from present-day gedolim for married men of all ages Rav Eliyahu Lopian was asked, "For what length of time is a chassan like a king? A week? A month? Or maybe even a year?” His answer: "For as long as he treats his wife like a queen.” Rav Chaim Kanievsky says: If a husband treats his wife with respect and speaks to her with respect, and doesn’t argue or fight with her, he will become a rich man — rich meaning rich in money.
