Use this bath when you: - Feel drained, irritable, or “not like yourself”   - Have been around conflict, gossip, jealousy, or spiritual attacks   - Are coming out of a difficult relationship, job, or living situation   - Sense that something is “on you” and you need a reset   Each batch is prepared with cleansing and uncrossing herbs, roots, and spiritual ingredients, along with prayer and intention to help remove negativity and restore your peace. How to use the Chase Away Negativity Bath   1. Set your intention   Before you begin, take a moment to be clear about why you are using this bath. You might say:   “I am washing away all negativity, heaviness, and harmful energy. I call in peace, protection, and clarity.” 2. Prepare the bath   Follow the instructions on the package. This may include steeping the herbs in hot water, straining them, and adding the liquid to your bathwater, or pouring it over your body after a shower from the neck down. 3. Pray and release   As you bathe, speak your prayers, psalms, or affirmations. Ask that all negativity be removed from your body, mind, and spirit. Allow yourself to breathe deeply, cry, or sigh if emotions rise—that is part of the release. 4. Air dry if possible   When you are finished, allow yourself to air dry or gently pat dry. Dress in clean clothing and, if led, light a white candle or sit quietly for a few minutes in gratitude. If you feel you are dealing with something heavier than one bath can address, consider a spiritual consultation or reading so we can look more deeply at what is happening and recommend the right work for your situation.
