Chandler Systems UV15D Replacement UV Germicidal Bulb - CureUV Brand

Guaranteed Replacement Ultraviolet (UV) Bulb - 4 Pin - 50 Watts - 39.37 Inch Length Lamp - Worry Free Performance for 1 Year Our CureUV brand Replacement UVC Light Bulb for Chandler Systems UV15D is a 50-watt germicidal water treatment bulb. With 4 pins on a single end, this germicidal UVC light bulb features a peak UV output of 253.7nm. This wavelength region comes under maximum germicidal effectiveness and is highly fatal to microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and other pathogens. UVC light technology works to kill and sanitize 99.9% of microorganisms and the short wavelength of 253.7nm helps in deactivating the genetic makeup of the microorganisms and renders them incapable of reproduction. The UVC light bulb offers you healthy water by eliminating microorganisms, bacteria, viruses, yeast, and other pathogens from water. Pathogens such as giardia and cryptosporidium can be effectively destroyed with this method of purification. These cost-effective purifiers and their lamps do not make use of chemicals and their by-products. This does not alter the pH, taste or chemistry of water. With the CureUV Brand UVC Bulb, you can always be sure that your water is clean and safe. This bulb is available with a shatterproof coating that in case of damage keeps the lamp glass from falling into the unit where is installed. This results in an easy way to dispose of glass if it shatters. You can select this shatterproof option above.
