Chamomile Lemongrass Tea

Citrus fruit sweetness and acidity are balanced with the warm floral notes of chamomile and lavender, while a hint of mint leaves a cool, refreshing sensation in this perfectly balanced tisane. Floral, Citrus, Mint ~section 2~ This tea embodies the essence of summer. Warm floral notes float above a sea of sweet lemongrass, bergamot, and citrus. Cups finish with a subtle, refreshing hint of mint. Origin Germany Brew Notes We recommend steeping two grams of tisane (about two tablespoons) per 12 oz cup. Water should be about 208℉. Steep for between 5 and 10 minutes. This tisane makes an excellent, refreshing beverage when iced. To make an iced version, brew as detailed above but with half the volume of water.
