These sunny little flowers are synonymous with sleep. Light and simple hay-like character up front with a mild, sweet citrus that lingers. Caffeine-free, of course. Chamomile has long been sought out as a staple in herbal medicine going back to Ancient Egypt. Egypt is still often the source of our chamomile, though the plant is now cultivated worldwide.
