Chamois "Shammy" Worm

Also known as the Shammy worm, it is made out of dyed and dried chamois hide. The material gives this fly an incredibly life like quality when wet. Best fished after a heavy rain when many earthworms have been washed into a near by water source. This pattern isn’t incredibly popular, and you can be sure that not many people will have this on the end of their line. Great pattern to use when they aren’t biting on other worm patterns and need something new to key in on.
