Production Notes Chambéryzette combines the grace of Vermouth infused with wild strawberry juice. A significant part of the production process involves the strawberries picked at the zenith of their ripeness. These strawberries are then allowed to soak and infuse in alpine-distilled spirits. Subsequently, they are joined with Dolin's Vermouth de Chambéry and sweetened just to the right extent. This intricate process allows the Vermouth to absorb all the flavors thoroughly and showcases the pleasant complexity of the botanicals in the bottleneck even when it's nicely balanced with the sweet and juicy character of strawberries. 750ml & 32 Proof
