Chakra Meditation Reading

When our chakra system is healthy and balanced, we tend to feel more deeply connected, grounded and secure. There is an harmonious exchange of energy with all that surrounds us. When any chakra is blocked, we experience physical difficulties and imbalances that often lead to dis-ease including mental fogginess, headaches, digestive problems, unexplained pain, fear, anxiety & depression, poor nutrition health and diet, flu like symptoms, addiction to drugs food or alcohol, obesity, hormone imbalances, ulcers, acne, back pain and more. This reading provides a full diagnostic on your body's seven chakras, or life-force energy centers and focuses on blockages in your energetic system that need clearing. Blockages are often tied to unresolved emotional wounds that linger in our subconscious mind and this meditation will help bring them to light for healing, which makes this reading perfect for anyone actively engaged in doing their shadow-work.
