Chainsaw Chain

Overview The STIHL Rapid Super L Full Skip Chainsaw Chain (36720050084) is designed for high-performance cutting applications requiring aggressive material removal and reduced operator fatigue. Manufacturer STIHL MPN 36720050084 SKU 33RSLF-84 Chain Type Full Skip, Square-Ground Chisel Series RAPID Super L (RSL) Technical Features Square-ground chisel cutters — deliver an aggressive cutting profile for faster, more efficient material removal compared to round-ground alternatives. Full-skip sequence layout — incorporates an extra drive link and tie straps between each cutter, enabling improved chip discharge and preventing clogging during heavy cuts. Reduced cutter count (full-skip configuration) — fewer cutters around the chain mean less time spent re-sharpening, lowering maintenance downtime on the job site. Higher chain speed capability — the full-skip geometry reduces rotational resistance, allowing the chain to reach and sustain higher operating speeds for increased productivity. Vibration-dampening design — the spacing between cutters significantly reduces vibration levels transmitted to the operator, supporting extended use with reduced fatigue. Derivative of the RAPID Super series — engineered on the proven RSL platform, offering a balance of durability and cutting aggression consistent with the STIHL professional chain range. Applications Large-diameter timber felling where aggressive chip evacuation is a priority. Bucking and limbing operations where high chain speed improves throughput. Extended cutting sessions where reduced vibration and fewer re-sharpening intervals are operationally beneficial. Professional and commercial forestry use cases demanding a square-ground chisel chain with full-skip sequencing.
