Chainsaw Chain

Overview The STIHL RAPID Super Chainsaw Chain (79571125134) is designed for chainsaw use, delivering high-speed cutting performance in hard and frozen wood applications. Specification Detail MPN 79571125134 Brand STIHL SKU 33RS-91 Drive Links 91 Cutter Style Full-Chisel Category Saw Accessories Technical Features Full-chisel cutter design: The razor-edged, square-cornered cutter geometry minimizes chain friction, producing a smooth and clean cut in hard or frozen wood. 91 drive links: Provides the correct chain pitch count for compatible STIHL guide bar configurations requiring a 91-link chain. Reduced vibration via cutter and tie strap design: The engineered cutter and tie strap geometry lowers vibration levels during operation, reducing operator fatigue on extended cuts. Aggressive cutting speed: The RAPID Super (RS) chain cuts faster than RAPID Micro (RM) chain, making it suited for high-throughput cutting tasks where speed is a priority. Plunge-cutting capability: The chain's design supports both standard and plunge-cutting techniques, expanding application versatility. Applications Cutting hard or frozen wood where a full-chisel cutter is required for efficient material removal. High-speed felling, bucking, and limbing applications where cutting rate is prioritized over low-maintenance intervals. Plunge-cutting applications such as creating mortises, window cuts, or relief cuts in timber work. Professional use where the operator can perform careful and consistent chain sharpening and maintenance to sustain peak performance. Maintenance Note: The RS full-chisel chain requires careful and precise sharpening to maintain its performance advantage. Regular inspection and correct filing technique are essential to preserve cutting efficiency over the chain's service life.
