CHAI PANI MUMBAI

This isn't the watered-down chai you get from a drive-thru. This is the chai you brew, not steep. The kind that fills your kitchen with that unmistakable aroma. The kind that wraps around you like a warm hug from someone who actually knows how to make it. Brew it strong with milk and black tea, sweeten it to your liking (pro tip: use white sugar to keep it authentic), and let it take you straight to the bustling streets of Mumbai Bold, robust black tea forms the backbone with a malty richness that stands up to milk and sugar without disappearing. Ginger hits hard and bright with peppery warmth that wakes up your whole palate and lingers long after the sip. Green cardamom weaves through everything with sweet, floral notes that feel almost minty and bring an aromatic complexity that makes this unmistakably chai. The balance is intentional: strong, spicy, alive, and deeply comforting all at once. Ingredients: CTC Black Tea, Ginger, Green Cardamom To brew for two: In a saucepot, combine 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup water, & 1 Tbsp chai blend. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer for 5 minutes. Strain & sweeten to taste. Enjoy!
