LED Commercial High Bay | 16K Lm | 120/277V | 5.000K | LinmoreLED CH3

Deliver premium industrial performance and exceptional adaptability to budget-conscious commercial properties with the Commercial High Bay (CH3) LED High Bay. Engineered by Linmore LED, this high-efficiency luminaire series packs superior light quality, reliable engineering, and a compact physical footprint into a cost-effective structural design. Available in scalable configurations featuring 2, 4, 6, or 8 individual LED modules, the CH3 family covers a broad application spectrum with a massive light output range stretching from 10,500 up to 43,000 lumens. Operating at an industry-leading efficacy of up to 172 lumens per watt, it significantly lowers facilities' electrical overhead while delivering crisp, uniform downlight across high-ceiling layouts. The CH3 high bay features an advanced extruded aluminum heat sink framework built into a heavy-duty architectural housing. To ensure excellent heat dissipation and eliminate potential thermal bottlenecks, high-performance LED boards are bonded directly to the heat sink channels using a high-conductivity thermal adhesive instead of traditional mechanical screws or rivets. This ensures uniform contact across the surface area, cooling the critical LED junctions to protect their operational lifespan. The electrical core uses high-stability FR4 PCBs specifically engineered to match the coefficient of thermal expansion between the individual LEDs and the board, preventing mechanical stress on solder points during rapid temperature cycles. For field wiring, an accessible integrated wireway cover allows electrical contractors to execute fast hookups, featuring a standard 3/4” off-center stem mount entry point. Future-Proof Smart Integration & Proactive System Protection: Designed to adapt as modern facility layouts shift, the CH3 features a toolless EZ-Connect™ Twist-Lock receptacle. This external interface allows facility staff or installers to instantly snap on compatible occupancy sensors or UltraLink Bluetooth® Networked Lighting Controls (NLC) in the field—with zero rewiring or downtime. Operating safely in extreme ambient climates ranging from -40°F up to 130°F (55°C), the luminaire features an efficient 0-10V analog dimming driver that scales down to 10% before dimming to off. Power delivery is backed by a robust 6kV surge suppression network (automatically upgraded on high-voltage configurations), a power factor up to 0.99, and a total harmonic distortion (THD) profile under 10%. Key Applications: Big-Box Retail & Commercial Showrooms: Blends a clean, compact aesthetic with high color stability and high-output lumen delivery. Logistics Centers & High-Rack Warehouses: Utilizes field-replaceable aisle, narrow, or wide clear polycarbonate optics to match custom layout grids. Industrial Facilities & Workshops: Uses extruded aluminum thermal management to maintain high efficacy in unconditioned spaces. Indoor Sports Courts & Fitness Complexes: Combines high-impact physical structural stability with optional factory-installed wire guards to protect the fixture. System failures are officially recognized under the following clear technical thresholds: LED Diode Mortality: If ten percent (10%) or more of the integrated light-emitting diodes per individual fixture become non-operational. Lumen Depreciation ($L_{70}$): If total light output falls below seventy percent (70%) of its initial rated lumens (exceeding 30% overall depreciation) within the 10-year block. Color Temperature Drift: If the correlated color temperature (CCT) shifts by more than 500° Kelvin from its original factory-calibrated profile.
