This yarn is beyond soft and is a joy to knit and wear. There is still plenty of body to give you a very nice stitch definition and I love the cables and "grains" I am making with it. They have a gentle dimension, not a strong pop. I think Cat's colorwork sweater is a great choice for this yarn and I would love an oversized simple cardigan or mock neck sweater to just snuggle up in.  I didn't have any issue with my sweater growing when blocking, as long as you don't have a loose gauge you won't have any problems. The soft colors are a favorite for classic, go to wardrobe staples. I have a pretty long list of things I want to knit with CFC Worsted! This. Is. The. Squishiest. Yarn. Ever! It is fluffy and lofty and a total joy to work with. It makes beautiful colorwork and cables. The fabric it creates is warm and breathable and entirely wearable against my skin. I really can't think of a situation where this yarn wouldn't be a perfect choice. Silbia's palette is soft and earthy and gorgeous. The colors for this yarn is like a hug for the eyes.  Honestly, everything about this yarn is like a hug! local_laundry_serviceWashability
