BodyKore CF8137 Pendulum Squat

BodyKore CF8137 Pendulum Squat The BodyKore CF8137 Pendulum Squat uses a pendulum-arc resistance path that keeps the load direction perpendicular to the movement throughout a deep squat pattern, creating a more biomechanically efficient loading curve than sled-style hack squats. The arc movement allows full depth squatting with load centered over the hips and knees rather than the heels, reducing joint strain while maximizing muscle activation. Industrial steel cables within the pendulum mechanism ensure smooth resistance delivery under the highest plate loads.
