BodyKore CF8131 Glute Press

BodyKore CF8131 Glute Press The BodyKore CF8131 Glute Press trains the gluteus maximus and hamstrings through a kneeling single-leg press movement that combines hip extension with knee drive, generating high posterior chain activation in a mechanically stable, guided pattern. The kneeling position eliminates quad dominance from the movement and forces the glutes and hamstrings to drive the resistance, making this machine particularly effective for glute isolation programs. Independent leg operation allows each side to be trained separately for bilateral balance work.
