Ceylon Cinnamon Paste

Ceylon cinnamon is true cinnamon, and has a different flavor profile to the cinnamon we are used to in the United States. It offers a milder ‘spicy’ hit than saigon, and has an amazing earthy/woodsy undertone.  Cinnamon paste is a fun new way to add cinnamon flavor to any of your edible and drinkable creations. From snickerdoodles, to chili, and a drop into your coffee-the possibilities are endless.  We enjoy adding our Ceylon cinnamon paste to chili, our blended coffee drinks, levels up snickerdoodle cookies, and makes an unforgettable baked oatmeal.  Ingredients: ceylon cinnamon, sugar, water, alcohol, corn syrup, xanthan gum.
