Cepheus is a deep maroon red pressed pigment. Cepheus is best applied over a primer and packed on with a dense brush. Our mattes and pressed pigments are very pigmented, easy to blend yet soft with some fall out expected. Approved for US Lip application and EU eyes and lips.
