CenturionPro HPM - Single High Performance Mini Bucker

The HP Mini Bucker was modelled on the industry leading HP1 Bucker. HP refers to “High Performance” and utilizes two rollers that pull the stem into the machine to pop the flowers off. This allows you to continuously feed the bucker for more efficient de-stemming, resulting in the industry’s highest buck rate per hour.   Expanding on CenturionPro’s vision to develop an industry-leading bucker for every harvest. The HP Mini Bucker is a powerful yet affordable solution to streamline small to medium harvests. The HP Mini Bucker comes with three hole sizes, accepts wet or dry stems up to 1/2” and can buck up to 125 lbs per hour wet (up to 25 lbs per hour dry). The elite harvesting solution benefits from a 0.75 HP gear driven motor with variable speeds for formidable power and versatility.  Variable speed control makes processing wet and dry plants a breeze, while stainless steel and anodized aluminium construction makes it robust and easy to clean. Backed by a 5 year warranty. Upgrade your HP Mini Bucker to include a stand. Make the most of your processing time with added ease of de-stemming and improve portability as our bucker stands operate on a 4-wheel system.   Specs Input Voltage: NA: 120V, 60Hz Single Phase | EU, AUS: 240V, 50Hz Single Phase Current Draw: NA: < 6A Operating | EU, AUS: < 3A Operating Dimensions: 22″ L x 16″ W x 20″ H | 56cm L x 41cm W x 51cm H Weight: 97 lbs | 44 kg Drive Motor: 0.75 hp, IP54 | 1690 RPM Variable Speed Control: Yes Circuit Breaker Required: NA: 15A/120V | EU, AUS: 15A/220V Feed Rate: Wet: +125 lbs/hr | Dry: +25 lbs/hr Feed Entry Sizes: 3-Hole (1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2") Feed Type: Wet/Dry Roller Sets: Neoprene Rubber Motor Pulse: Yes Reverse Operation: Yes Duty Cycle: Continuous Pull Speed: 10-30 in/s Pull Strength: > 400 lbs Primary Materials: 304 Stainless Steel / Aluminum Warranty: 5 years NOTE: CenturionPro Solutions does not accept any returns or exchanges on full machines.   Manufacturer Warranty The HP Mini Bucker is covered by a 5-year warranty.  High-quality components such as Baldor motors, Timken bearings, and Toro cutting reels are some of the reasons why the best warranty in the industry is offered.
