Professional operations require a delicate balance between focused water velocity and consistent pressure delivery, and this pump is designed specifically to bridge that gap. By utilizing a precision-engineered 1" hollow shaft and premium internal components, it ensures that operators can work efficiently in direct-drive configurations without the mechanical strain often found in lesser pump designs. This pump is not just a component but a heavy-duty powerhouse, manufactured to withstand the abrasive environments of industrial cleaning while providing a consistent, high-pressure flow that simplifies the removal of heavy debris, scale, and compacted soil. The Apex of High-Pressure Power The Centurion 4 GPM unit is a specialized solution for professionals who demand longevity and performance from hot- and cold-water pressure washers. Unlike standard pumps that struggle to maintain consistency under constant load—often leading to cavitation and premature seal failure—this pump features a robust architecture designed for industrial duty cycles. This design allows the pump to operate at a standard 3,400 RPM, providing a concentrated force that handles continuous industrial use with ease. Its construction from high-grade materials ensures that it remains resistant to the mechanical stresses of high-output cleaning, while the distinct Italian engineering provides a level of reliability that minimizes downtime on the job site. Engineered Excellence: Beyond the Standard Blast One of the primary advantages of the Centurion 4 GPM pump is its focus on chemical resistance and thermal management. The inclusion of a nickel-plated head is a critical feature for professional cleaning, where water quality and mineral buildup can lead to internal corrosion and pitting in standard brass manifolds. This plating not only protects the pump head from oxidation but also provides a layer of durability against the physical wear of high-velocity water. Furthermore, the flow dynamics integrated into the internal plunger design reduce vibration as the water exits the manifold. This results in more stable system performance, reducing wear on downstream accessories and ultimately increasing the efficiency of trailer jetting systems and hydro excavation trailers. Precision Specs for Elite Performance Flow Rate Capacity: This versatile pump delivers a consistent 4 GPM, providing the ideal volume for high-pressure surface cleaning and localized jetting. Pressure Rating: Built to withstand intense industrial workloads, this unit is rated to 4,000 PSI. Operational Speed: Designed to run at 3,400 RPM, this pump is optimized for direct-drive gas engines, ensuring a compact, efficient power transfer. Plumbing Specifications: Features a 1/2" inlet for maximum water supply and a 3/8" outlet for high-velocity discharge. Drive Configuration: Equipped with a 1" hollow shaft and a standard gas flange, allowing for a seamless, bolt-on installation to a variety of engines. Horsepower Compatibility: Optimized for engines up to 14.50 HP, ensuring the pump has the torque to maintain peak pressure performance. Nickel Plated Head: The manifold is nickel-plated for superior corrosion resistance and longevity in harsh environments. Italian Made: Proudly manufactured in Italy, adhering to the world's strictest quality control standards for high-pressure fluid technology. Field-Ready Durability and Seamless Setup Reliability is a core pillar of the Centurion 4 GPM design, as it is a purpose-built industrial unit designed for long-term service. In the high-wear world of trailer jetting and industrial cleaning, the ability to run a pump for extended shifts without overheating provides a significant return on investment. The internal ceramic plungers and heavy-duty crankcase are engineered to ensure a perfect mechanical stroke, extending the life of the entire drive system and preventing catastrophic failure during critical tasks. Installation is straightforward due to the integrated gas flange, which allows for a secure, direct-mount fit onto 1" engine shafts. Regular maintenance, such as checking the pump oil and ensuring the inlet filter is clear, will ensure that the Centurion pump continues to deliver peak performance in the harshest environments.
