Cellergy provides the body with a healthy dose of the 12 essential minerals and helps it to better absorb even more minerals and vital vitamins from food. The body easily assimilates the homeopathically prepared ingredients without the negative digestive effects of constipation or diarrhea often triggered by regular mineral supplements. There are several ways to use Cellergy cell salt therapy spray to heal or nourish the body. The most common method is squirting two sprays underneath the tongue about 3 times a day, letting the saliva absorb the liquid directly into the bloodstream. Another popular way is putting six sprays in a glass of water for a refreshing natural electrolyte drink! Consider spraying them in your water bottle to sip throughout the day. An additional way to benefit from Cellergy is by squirting one to two dozen sprays into a warm bath for a luxurious, energizing treat. Packed with electrolytes, Cellergy is crucial to help replenish the body after a hard workout. Athletes can benefit tremendously from taking the 12 cell salts combination in preparation for competitions, and the spray bottle is easily brought along to the gym, the track, or fits into a pocket for a pick-me-up during a marathon or triathlon. Last but not least, Cellergy represents an easy travel companion. Little History: Following the research done by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann on the use of minerals in homeopathic medicine, Dr. Wilhelm Schuessler defined the 12 most vital minerals for cell nutrition and growth. Schuessler perfected the process of combining them into the homeopathic formulas which would be most easily absorbed by the body and labeled them as Calcarea Fluorica, Calcarea Phosphorica, Calcarea Sulphurica, Ferrum Phosphoricum, Kali Muriaticum, Kali Phosphoricum, Kali Sulphuricum, Magnesia Phosphorica, Natrum Muriaticum, Natrum Phosphoricum, Natrum Sulphuricum, and Silicea. Cellergy is the name of the combination of all 12 of these vital tissue salts by AnnaKare.
