In Laboratory Studies, HPR has been shown to significantly lower irritation compared to other forms of retinol with dramatic results when applied twice a day for 14 days. Alpha Hydroxy Acids [Glycolic & Lactic] for controlled exfoliation and clearing of dead cell build-up on the surface as well as inside the pore lining. The combined action is balanced to help skin shed smoothly and pave the way for skin care to work more effectively. Beta Hydroxy Acid [Salicylic], an exfoliating and deeply penetrating beta hydroxy acid, dissolves skin debris that clogs pores, dissolves some the intracellular ‘glue’ that holds skin cells together and acts as an anti-inflammatory.
