CELLMATES

Our cardmaker Anthony Crawford came up with the idea for this card - our first card that has a message on the inside of the card. Most of our cards are blank inside, but Anthony thought an inside message was appropriate for this one.  The theme of this card touches on a  very personal topic for Anthony. “I know a thing or two about being locked up,” he says. “It’s no fun, believe me. You have a lot of time to think and realize who are your true friends. A real friend, one you can count on for anything, is hard to come by. But when you find one, you have one for life.” After being homeless for many years, we are thrilled to share that Anthony now has an apartment and is excited about working with Second Story Cards. Anthony receives 15% of the sales from this card. Second Story Cards donates an additional 10% to a charity of the cardmaker's choice. Anthony has chosen Thrive DC for this card.  Size: A2 (5.5" x 4.25") Paper: deluxe eggshell cardstock
