Celestite Crystal Cluster

This ethereal mineral would probably be a favorite of Lady Galadriel if she ever had to pick one. Luckily, you don’t need to be a high elf to appreciate its pale blue glow. Whether it’s brightening a hobbit hole or a cubicle, it brings a quiet, complex brilliance to any space. Celestite is made of strontium sulfate, and its name comes from the Latin word caelestis, meaning “celestial,” inspired by its sky-blue crystals. You’ll often find it in geodes as sparkling crystals, but it can also appear as fibrous formations in sedimentary rocks, like riverbeds, streams, and ocean floors. It often grows alongside minerals such as gypsum, anhydrite, and halite. Celestite is found in small quantities all over the world, but the pale blue specimens it’s famous for come mainly from Madagascar and Sicily, Italy. It can also appear colorless, white, pink, pale green, pale brown, black, and even orange, like the ones found in Ontario, Canada. According to metaphysics: Associated with celestial beings, Celestite is strongly connected to divine energy and cosmic supernatural forces. As the result, this gem is best used for pursuing spiritual strength. Celestite also promotes discernment or higher spiritual awareness. This makes the stone good for gaining understanding and promoting inner peace. All minerals and stones vary in size and shape. You will receive a high quality specimen of the selected item but not the exact one pictured. All minerals, gems, stones and fossils are guaranteed to be top quality; sourced from ethical vendors around the world.
