28” Celeste Aqua Blue Glazed Ceramic Table Lamp

The Celeste Aqua Blue Table Lamp takes the plainest of shapes — a rounded ceramic vase, full through the middle and drawn in at the neck — and lets the glaze do all the talking. Fired to a high gloss, the aqua reads clear and watery in daylight and deepens toward teal after dark, the kind of color that looks considered against white walls and holds its own beside navy or grass green. Twenty-eight inches of height and a twenty-inch shade give it real presence on a console or a wide nightstand, and the generous shade diameter is what keeps the proportion right; a smaller shade would leave the base looking stranded.
