CEDAR SMUDGE STICK

CLEANSES THE AURA   .   ATTRACTS GOOD SPIRITS   .   ELIMINATES NEGATIVE ENERGY Four-inch bundle of our premium Cedar, always hand-tied and harvested sustainably. Cedar is known for being one of the four sacred plants used in the Indigenous American Medicine Wheel. Since cedar is believed to be a tree of protection, healing, wealth and purification, it is commonly used in ceremonies for protection, renewal and grounding. Cedar naturally burns much slower than other smudge sticks and is ideal for full smudge rituals. When burning cedar smudge sticks, the smoke will heighten positive energies, remove negative, stagnant energy and enhance the connection to good spirits.  Burning CEDAR is a ritual known as smudging. It has a strong aroma that helps increase spiritual awareness.  In ancient times, Cedar was burned in sacred temples in cleansing ceremonies for purification, protection, healing and wealth. Today Cedar is often used to cleanse a home banishing unwanted spirits, negative vibrations and protecting a person, place or object from unwanted influences and negative energies. When burned, it gives off a pleasant and uplifting scent that protects and purifies both yourself and your environment. Its smoke not only clears energy, but it helps to set boundaries and encourage healing. Cleanse your life of negative energy and promote peace and tranquility with this subtle yet effective aroma with our 100% organic and pure Cedar sticks. HOW TO USE 1. Open a door or window in the space you are to cleanse.  2. Light one end the bundle. 3. Let the smudge bundle stay lit for 20 seconds and then gently blow out or shake until embers appear and it starts to smoke. 4. Start from the back of your space and with windows open, walk through it  and with your free hand, feather, or fan, move the smoke coming from the Sage Bundle, continue to hold the smudge stick or place it in a heat proof receptacle (abalone shell) line with sand or salt to catch the ashes instead of holding the sage bundle. If you are going to sage an object just allowed the smoke to cover it.  5. Set your intentions while waving the smoldering smudge bundle around the space or object. 6. when finished, extinguish the smudge bundle by placing the Sage    onto a heatproof receptacle or abalone shell, to allow it to naturally go out on its own or snuff it out in salt and store in a dry place.  7. We recommend cleansing your space with Sage as needed, depending on your needs and desire. Always make sure your smudge stick is fully extinguished after using. Never leave a smudge stick burning unattended. Keep away from all flammable materials. Keep out of the reach of Children and Pets.
