Titanium Coated Burrs This espresso grinder has high-performance titanium coated burrs that greatly extend the lifespan of your burrs. The titanium burrs are stronger, sharper and that means less work the grinder has to do, which also means they won't heat up as much. Touch Display Located at the top, the display allows you to get anywhere you need to be, naturally and instantly. Program up to 3 doses through the display. 83mm Flat Burrs The size of the burrs in coffee grinders, such as the 83mm ones, is crucial for achieving high-quality coffee. These larger burrs create a consistent grind by breaking down coffee beans into uniform particles, which significantly impacts the taste of your brew. Unlike standard burrs, the unique design of 83mm burrs improves the distribution of grounds for better consistency in your extraction process. Additionally, these burrs are made from materials that minimizes heat transfer during grinding to preserve the flavor of your coffee. With their durable build and extended performance, larger burrs like the 83mm ones have a longer lifespan compared to smaller ones, ensuring a flavorful and predictable coffee experience. Active Thermal Control The exclusive automatic thermal control system protects the consistency of the coffee from the excessive peaks in temperature normally created in the grinding chamber. Heat management plays a vital role in maintaining performance and preserving coffee quality. Here's why it's important: Heat Reduction: Coffee grinding creates heat through the friction between the burrs and beans, which can negatively impact the flavor and aroma of the coffee. The dual fan system actively dissipates this heat to prevent the grounds from overheating during grinding. Consistent Extraction: Heat can affect the extraction process, causing premature release of volatile compounds from hot coffee grounds and leading to uneven extraction. The dual fan system maintains a consistent temperature to ensure balanced flavors in espresso shots. Shot Time Stability: In busy cafes, consistent shot times are crucial, but heat buildup can cause variations in grind particle size and extraction times. The dual fan cooling system minimizes these fluctuations, allowing baristas to maintain precise shot times even during peak hours. Quieter Operations The innovative mechanical suspension of the motor and the soundproofing make Ceado coffee grinders the quietest on the market. These coffee grinders have added soundproofing to make your operations smoother. Easily Service The quick service, coupled with the anti-clogging system, makes it easy for anyone to perform maintenance on your Ceado. Easy access burrs make your cleaning and maintenance more straightforward and less expensive with less time and money invested. Quick Set and Steady Lock Unique to Ceado the steady lock grinding system ensures that under any condition your coffee grinder maintains a consistent distance between the burrs. This strong Italian espresso grinder improves consistency and eliminates one variable in your quest towards the perfect espresso. Operate Hands Free No matter what portafilter you have, the standard portafilter catch leaves your hands free. The coffee doses can be ground into the filter holder while you perform other steps. Performance With the Quick Set burrs you no longer need to worry about making the micro-adjustments mid-shift. It comes with 83mm burrs, which means this espresso grinder can output 5 grams a second.
