No espresso setup is complete without a grinder of this caliber.   83mm Opalglide Burrs The burrs are a crucial factor in determining the consistency and overall quality of your coffee grinder. The Ceado E37SD is designed to achieve unparalleled consistency, lightness, and evenly distributed particle sizes, making it the top choice in its price range. With its 83mm burrs, the grinder maintains the same speed but increases the surface area, without compromising the delicate flavors of your carefully selected coffee beans. This allows for precise control over grind size. The SD Opalglide™ burrs, created through the innovative Opalglide™ manufacturing method, offer a specialized treatment of coffee beans, reducing friction and improving the flow. Built specifically for single dosing, this grinder combines advanced mechanical processing and cutting-edge nanotechnology.   Quick Set Gear Adjusting your grind for your preferred brewing method(s) can be a frustrating but crucial aspect. Ceado E37SD single dose grinder features "Quick Set Gear" for effortless adjustments. The patented worm gear now has a natural disconnection point near the worm knob, allowing for easy macro adjustments. Simply disengage the quick set gear for precise micro-adjustments that can make a significant difference. Remember to keep the grinder running when making finer adjustments to avoid jamming the burrs. The top printed disk for the upper burr carrier is magnetic & can be lifted off and moved to your desired position, unlike the E37S,SL,T, and K which are now stickers as of 2021. Free Coffee Tools The Ceado E37SD comes equipped with innovative accessories designed specifically for single-dosing, whether at home or in a professional environment. These three complimentary add-ons enhance both dose consistency and particle size distribution while minimizing retention. We highly recommend exploring the potential of employing both the RDT and WDT methods when utilizing the Ceado E37SD for espresso grinding, as this combination has proven to be effective. Ross Droplet Technique (RDT) Sprayer The Ross Droplet Technique (RDT) is a method used to moisten coffee beans by spraying a fine mist of water on them, reducing static. This helps to decrease retention, prevent clumping, and enhance dose consistency in the coffee grinder. With the E37SD, Ceado provides a convenient small spray bottle for this purpose. Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) Cup Included in the Ceado E37SD package is a WDT cup designed to fit perfectly into the portafilter forks of the coffee grinder. This convenient and hands-free cup allows for single dosing in any brewing method, leaving your other hand free to operate the zero retention mechanism. The metal cup also enables the implementation of WDT in your espresso routine, leading to reduced extraction inconsistencies. In our testing of various grinders, the E37SD has proven to excel in single dosing capabilities. As a result, the Ceado E37SD stands out among our selection of coffee grinders with its superior particle size distribution. Espresso Funnel When using the E37SD for espresso coffee grinding, Ceado ensures a tidy process with the included portafilter funnel, which accurately dispenses coffee into the center of your portafilter.
