Ceado E37SD Coffee Grinder

The Ceado E37SD coffee grinder is suitable for all brewing methods. Achieving zero retention with the bellows attachment allows ground coffee to exit the grinding chamber, resetting the Ceado E37SD for another single dose. As a result of the zero retention bellow, it is well suited to those interested in laboratory brewing methods as well as those seeking to brew the best espresso possible. The E37SD is equipped with Ceado's quick set adjustment in addition to the single dosing bellow attachment, allowing for easy adjustment from one origin or blend to another. Burrs are one of the major contributors to the consistency and quality of your coffee grinder's grind. In a grinder at this price point, the Ceado E37SD is equipped to produce the most consistent, fluffy, and well-distributed particle sizes available today. The 83mm burrs provide the same grinding speed while increasing the surface area without increasing the motor speed, therefore, preserving the delicate nuances of your exceptionally selected coffee beans. Dialing in your grind for whatever brewing method you take is arguably among the most frustrating and essential variables for any brew. With Ceado's Quick Set Gear, you won't have any trouble. They have enhanced the patented worm gear by adding a natural disconnection point near the worm knob. The result is exceptionally easy macro adjustments. The quick set gear can then be reengaged to make micro-adjustments that make all the difference. While you are adjusting your grinder finer, make sure it's running so the burrs don't jam! Ceado has included some attractive experimental accessories with the Ceado E37SD that are ideally suited for the home or commercial single-doser. By providing these free accessories, not only do you improve the consistency of your dose, but you also reduce particle retention. For those who intend to use the E37SD for espresso grinding, we strongly encourage them to experiment with both RDT and WDT. Combining both RDT and WDT has shown some success. Ross Droplet Technique (RDT) is a method of adding moisture to coffee beans by spraying them with a fine mist of water. The reduction of static within your coffee grinder will reduce retention, reduce clumping, and improve consistency. The E37SD comes with a nice little spray bottle from Ceado. The Ceado E37SD comes with a Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) cup, which fits right into the portafilter forks of the grinder. In single dosing for any brewing method, this is a convenient hands-free way to dose, leaving your other hand free to operate the zero retention bellow. Using the metal cup, you can implement WDT into your espresso routine and eliminate uneven extractions. WDT has been tested on many grinders, and the E37SD's proclivity for single dosing is evident. This makes the Ceado E37SD one of the best coffee grinders we carry in terms of particle size distribution. Ceado didn't forget about reducing mess if you're using the E37SD for espresso coffee grinding. The free portafilter funnel makes it easier to dispense coffee directly into the center of your portafilter with the Ceado E37SD.
