Responsible for generating a spark, the CDI Electron Ignition Coil is a crucial 2-stroke electrical component. Connected to the spark plug, kill switch, and magneto loop this component transfers the energy generated by the magneto magnet to the spark plug. This results in engine ignition that ultimately provides will turn the engine over. Part #56 on the Electrical Diagram Package includes Electron Ignition Coil (CDI) Part Number (See Parts Manual): 2-56 or D2-51
