CD732 | Digital Multimeter with High-Speed Bar Graph & Continuity Buzzer with LED

The Sanwa CD732 is a 6000 count, 0.5% accuracy multimeter constructed using fire-retardant material. A portable digital multimeter for measurement of weak, low-capacity electrical circuitry. It's not only a powerful tool for measuring small communications equipment, home appliances, lamp line circuits and batteries, but can also be used in circuit analyses by using the additional functions. This device has a 6000-count full scale (4000 count with capacitance) display, and high-speed bar graphs for measurements except for frequency, duty, capacitance, and diode test. The device is designed for low voltage circuit analysis and testing of home electric appliances. The CD732 has a safe design, compliant with international safety standards including EN61010-1 CAT III DC/AC 600V and CAT II DC 1000V /AC 750V. This device can measure up to 1000 VDC and 750 VAC. It can also measure a wide range of capacitance from 0.01nF to 3999μF. The device features a buzzer and an LED indicator for continuity tests. It also features Auto-range, Range Hold, and Data Hold function to pause the screen on a certain measurement. The device has an Auto-power save mode that activates after 16 minutes of inactivity (cancellable) to prevent battery from draining. What sets the CD732 apart from the other models in the CD7xx series is its construction. Both the circuit boards and the protective covering are made using fire retardant materials for extra protection. The 6-15A measurement terminal is provided with a safety cover for preventing erroneous insertion. Includes meter, rubber holster, instruction manual and one set of test leads. 6000 Count Display 0.5% Accuracy Wide range of capacitance (0.01nF to 3999μF) Frequency measurement Range hold, Data hold Continuity confirmed by the buzzer and LED Auto and Manual range selection Auto power off: Turns off after 16 minutes of no operation Main unit case and the circuit boards are made of fire-retarding materials 6-15A measurement terminal provided with a safety cover for preventing erroneous insertion Compliant with EN61010-1 standard Specifications CD732 Measuring Range Accuracy Resolution Input impedance DCV 600m/6/60/600/1000V ±(0.5%+2) 0.1mV 10M-100M Ω ACV 6/60/600/750V ±(1.2%+5) 0.001V 10M-11M Ω DCA 600 μ/6000 μ/60m/600m/6/15A ±(1.5%+3) 0.1μA   ACA 600 μ/6000 μ/60m/600m/6/15A ±(1.8%+5) 0.1μA Resistance 600/6k/60k/600k/6M/60M ±(1.2%+4) 0.1 μ Capacitance 40n/400n/4μ/40μ/400μ/4000μ ±(5.0%+6) 0.01nF Frequency 9.999/99.99/999.9/9.999k/99.99k ±(0.5%+3) 0.001Hz Duty cycle 20-80% +0.5%+5)   Continuity Buzzer sounds and LED lights up at between 10-60V Open voltage: approx. 0.63V Diode test Open voltage: approx. 2.7V Display Numeric display: 6000 Bar graph: 61 segments Sampling rate 3 times/sec., 30 times/sec. for bar graph Bandwidth 45-500Hz Fuse 0.4A/1000V 30kA φ6.3x32mm 16A/1000V 30kA φ10x38mm Battery R6 (1.5V)x2 Battery life Approx. 400h (manganese battery) at DCV range Size/Mass H167xW90xD48mm / 320g (including holster) Safety standard IEC61010 CATIII 600V /CATII 1000V Videos Review courtesy of Darren Walker
