CD-Herbal™ - Hypoallergenic

Designed to support gastrointestinal system health.† Hypoallergenic. Gluten and casein-free. Capsules are plant-based. Ultra Tested®. CD-Herbal™ is a powerful hypoallergenic blend of herbal components that support gastrointestinal health by helping control undesirable gut flora. This product was formulated to use with Kirkman® CD-Biotic™, a specialty probiotic designed to support healthy gastrointestinal flora when certain difficult bacteria have populated the gut.† Under certain circumstances, and very frequently among sensitive individuals, certain strains of bad bacteria become concentrated in the gastrointestinal tract and are very difficult to eradicate using conventional probiotics or drugs. This is especially true if the strain of bacteria is a spore-forming organism. Spores of these types of organisms can lie dormant in the gut following various types of control procedures, only to repopulate when conditions are right.† CD-Herbal contains thyme, oregano and curcumin (turmeric) herbs—all of which can exhibit inhibitory support on harmful gut flora. It also contains cumin, an herb that stimulates the growth of the probiotic strain Lactobacillus plantarum, which is also present in CD-Biotic and instrumental in helping crowd out undesirable flora.† Kirkman recommends that use of these products be supervised by a doctor. Lab testing may be necessary to evaluate progress and dosage changes that may be required. It is important when using CD-Biotic with CD-Herbal™ together that dosage instructions are carefully followed. The typical dosage is one CD-Biotic capsule one hour before lunch and one more near bedtime (two hours after dinner). The CD-Herbal capsules should be taken just before breakfast and two more before dinner.† FREE OF: Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soy, and Sesame SUPPLEMENT: Calcium (from Dicalcium Phosphate), Phosphorus (from Dicalcium Phosphate), Oregano Leaf Extract (Origanium vulgare)(leaf) Extract, Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)(leaf) Extract, Curcumin (Curcuma longa)(root) Extract (95% curcuminoids), Cumin (Cumin cyminum)(seed) Powder OTHER INGREDIENTS: Vegetarian Capsule (hypromellose and water), Silicon Dioxide, L-Leucine WARNINGS: STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE AND TIGHTLY CAPPED.
