The ES-1 Emulsion Soaking System Is a dual-purpose emulsion soaking system. This unit can be used to soften and remove the emulsion, from the image area, with water by continuous agitation. This greatly increases the screen makers ability to keep up with production demands. The ES-1 can also be used to recirculate an emulsion remover continuously, which allows the reclaim department to clean more screens efficiently.
