The innovative folding foot plate, equipped with a popper pin, further expands your training options. MUSCLE TRAINING: The versatility doesn't end with the machine's dual function. Face the machine to indulge in a reverse hack squat targeting your glutes and hamstrings. Engage your core and lower back muscles while performing hack squats, or switch to the leg press mode to stimulate all major upper leg muscles. You can even sculpt strong calves with a seated calf press. SEAMLESS OPERATION: Courtesy of its double bar track, the machine guarantees smooth movement. This design ensures a fluid glide, letting users focus on muscle engagement, balance, and stability during each rep. DURABILITY AND SAFETY: Built to withstand intense sessions, the plate-loaded carriage system is housed securely beneath the machine. Three lockout positions facilitated by a spring recoil mechanism make racking and unracking simple. An added safety stopper at the base ensures users are protected, preventing the machine from descending too low. STORAGE & PADDING: The 6 storage pegs at the back of the machine can accommodate up to 270 lbs. each and keep your bumper plates organized and stored off the floor. Durable vinyl back and shoulder pads ensure user comfort throughout your leg day workout session.
