Cazcanes No.7 Reposado 750mL

Cazcanes No. 7 Reposado is a carefully crafted blend of barrels aged from a few months to nearly a year. This reposado harmonizes the vibrant character of agave with rich barrel notes, resulting in a balanced and flavorful expression. Our reposado is aged to taste, not to time. Using 100% organic Blue Weber agave harvested at its peak sugar content, the tequila is aged in used American oak barrels that are reworked and charred to our specifications. The final blend is the result of selecting the barrels that best showcase the interaction between agave and oak. We use natural volcanic spring water from Navichi Springs, Mexico—trucked in for every production—to ensure a consistent and pure product. The agave is carefully cooked in a low-pressure autoclave for a 24-hour cycle, a method we intentionally use to gently enhance and preserve the natural agave flavors. The juice is fermented in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast and double-distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coils. The tequila is certified organic, Kosher, and verified additive-free.
